The CDSA has started a new series of 1 day events, playing three 9 hole courses in one day. First round of the summer at Thunder Mountain! The Flying Bison Disc Golf Club invites you to attend the 24th Annual Frontier Open September 6 and 7 at Frontier Park in Hays, Kansas. The tournament is a Professional Disc Golf Association B-tier and Kansas Disc Golf Association super tour event. The Frontier open features 72 holes of golf, alternate tee pads, alternate pin placements, closest to pin shots, an ace fund and a putting contest. This year participants will play three rounds of 24 holes; two rounds of 24 holes on Saturday and one round of 24 on Sunday. There are divisions for all players at all skill levels. The divisions and fees are as follows: Sorry everyone but Thunder Mountain is closed until August. Because the camp is used for other things besides disc golf the camp get alot of kids for the summer.

Just wanted to let you know that off to the left of the sidewalk as you approach hole #15 is a big bunch of poison ivy. It's been there all along but now that all those trees are cut down it is very exposed.

Spring time at the Badlands. Ther have been alot of changes going on at the Badlands Disc Golf Course. And we would like to thank our members for all their support through out the years. I kmow the schedule is tight and time is short. So we are going to try to squeeze in a day of food and fun. I would like to be able to thank all who particapate at our events but we are a small club and function on membership dues, which aren't always regularly paid. But we manage to carry on and do what is needed to the best of our ability. I hope you all enjoy playing the course and like the changes. If so maybe you'll think about becoming a Badco member. The 2008 Colorado Disc Golf State Championships are just around the corner. They are being hosted by Grand Valley Disc Golf Club at the Beautiful Palisade, Colorado, Riverbend Park. We will have PDGA Online registration up in a few days, but until then if you want you can mail in your registration.
